Quilling is a paper art that requires a lot of concentration and patience. Once you like quilling, you are sure to get hooked on to it because of the sheer possibilities of quilled items you can make.     1. You can buy them at any local craftstore. If you are looking online, most of the shops do have them and they are durable too. Check itsybitsy, thecraftshop.in.
