DIY Christmas ball ornaments (Itsy Bitsy DIY Kit)
5 more days to Christmas and I have a rather easy craft using these DIY Christmas ball ornament kit from Itsy Bitsy . More christmas craft tutorials too.
Hello crafty folks! Hardly 5 more days to Christmas and I haven’t crafted enough! Don’t be surprised if my christmas crafts are posted till January end đŸ˜› You can try them next year ha ha! Today I have a rather easy craft, a DIY Christmas ball ornament using the DIY kit from Itsy Bitsy India. I know many of you are not regular crafters and you find it little difficult to buy expensive crafting supplies for just a single craft. Kits like these are just perfect for people like them, especially for kids who are on holiday, they can have so much fun making and decorating their Christmas trees. I am sharing a short video on how to assemble the kit into these pretty Christmas ball ornaments.
DIY Christmas ball ornament Kit by Itsybitsy :
These DIY christmas ball ornament DIY kit comes in different shades and mine is a combo of red and green. The kit has a prebuilt bauble ornament and an instruction sheet with step by step tutorial using images. They are available at 30% Â discount and you can make 5 baubles from a single kit and that is apart from the one thats ready made.
The kit comes with three wheel shaped papers for one single ornament which needs to be strung on a thread in this order – small-big-small.
The rest of plain papers that comes with the kit are octagon shaped which needs to be folded and inserted into each of these wheel’s dents.
The only thing to remember is to make sure these papers go all the way till the middle of each of your wheels as you can see in the below picture.
There are these glitter coated flaps that you need to insert in between this skeletal framework to finish off your DIY Christmas ball ornament. The kit I have is green and red colored with which I tried making plain balls and also mixed balls. Your wish đŸ™‚
For a final touch, I added a drop of hot glue at the top of the bauble and fixed a bead cap to give a finishing touch.
I am sharing this small video on how to assemble the Christmas ball ornament kit and you can watch it below.
