  1. Love your tutorial on making quilled leaves, but what really made me smile was your description of your jobs and life! How do you find the time?!? How long did it take you to achieve the level of skill you have? I am a beginner, and some days I wonder if it will ever have a particle of the skill you have.

    1. Hello Cheryl,
Thanks a lot of all the appreciation and mostly for taking time to write to me πŸ™‚ To be frank, the project featured here :http://thecraftyangels.com/quilling-technique-tutorial-make-quilled-flower-petals/ was my first quilled project that I made for a competition at my office and thereafter, whatever quilling I have done is featured on this blog with tutorial. I don’t think there is needs to be any special talent to be good at quilling because quilling is all about manipulation shapes of paper coils. Even if you get it wrong, I’m sure you will end up having a new shape! I have watched many youtube videos and blogs for tutorials to learn how to come up with various techniques but i also do agree that I have had my fair share of failed attempts as well πŸ˜› In my tutorials, I have to my very best tried to point out where I went wrong and how best one can improve. I hope that they are of some help to you πŸ™‚

Please do leave a link to your blog if you have one. I would love to see your work πŸ™‚ I wish you all the best and how you become a quilling expert soon πŸ˜‰

  2. Hi,

I want to know from where can I get those stamp sets, cards and colour pads.

Your site is pretty interesting πŸ™‚

    1. Hello Akshara! Thanks for the kind words πŸ™‚ You can get the supplies for cardmaking at any of the stores listed here ( I would recommend craftshop and crafterscorner as they have variety materials also not very costly for investment. Hope this helps πŸ™‚

    1. Wow can you see the coincidence? Even our names match! Well I have tried to share as much tips as I can in my tutorials. EVen so, if you still like help on improvising or working on a specific project, let me know – I shall definitely help you how much ever I can πŸ™‚ Enjoy quilling – stay happy πŸ™‚
